In this painting, the sea becomes a surface for creation — not merely a subject to depict.
The white sailboat at the edge of the composition is the only clue that this vast surface
represents water; the rest is imagination, texture, and movement.
The ripples left behind the boat are sculpted into textured layers, not meant to follow
realism, but rather to become a free interpretation: a painting of what the boat leaves
behind on the still water.
Here too, a dialogue unfolds between softness and strength, between order and flow.
