Shipping
Original artworks are available for delivery both within Israel and internationally.
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times vary depending on the size of the artwork, destination, and shipping method selected.
Once your artwork has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided whenever available.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by customs procedures, weather conditions, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond my control.

Packaging
Every artwork is carefully packaged using professional materials designed to protect it during transit.
Packaging methods are selected according to the size, medium, and destination of each artwork to provide the highest level of protection possible.

Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the purchaser and are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.

Delivery of Commissioned Artwork
Delivery time for commissioned artworks varies according to the complexity of the project.
An estimated timeline will be discussed and agreed upon during the commission process before work begins.

Returns
Because every original artwork is unique, all sales are generally considered final.
Please review artwork descriptions, dimensions, and images carefully before making your purchase. If you have any questions prior to purchasing, I am always happy to provide additional information or images.

Shipping Damage
In the unlikely event that your artwork arrives damaged during shipping, please contact me within 48 hours of receiving your delivery.
To assist with the shipping claim process, you may be asked to provide documentation such as:
• Photographs of the artwork
• Photographs of the packaging (inside and outside)
• The shipping label
• A description of the damage
• Any additional information reasonably required by the shipping carrier or insurance provider
All damage claims are reviewed individually and, where applicable, in cooperation with the shipping carrier and shipping insurance provider.
Submitting documentation does not automatically constitute approval of a claim.
If a claim is approved, an appropriate resolution will be determined based on the nature of the damage and the outcome of the carrier’s investigation.
Please retain all original packaging until the claim has been resolved, as the shipping carrier may require an inspection.

Commissioned Artwork
Commissioned artworks are created specifically for each client and are therefore non-returnable and non-refundable once the creative process has begun and the concept has been approved.
Every commission includes a collaborative planning stage—including concept development, colour selection, sizing, and digital visualisation where applicable—to ensure the artwork reflects the agreed creative direction before production begins.

Original Artwork
Each original artwork is a one-of-a-kind creation.
As such, replacement with an identical artwork is generally not possible.
